There is an excitement about the LIFE leadership business,  Orrin Woodward, and the Team Community building system.  There are many reasons this will be the business model of the information age.  One big reason is that the LIFE business products ARE information.  Information will be available through subscriptions that teach ideas on how to help people under the 8 F’s ( Faith, Family, Finance, Fitness, Fun, Following, Freedom, and Friends ) categories.

 Everyone in today’s world is detecting something wrong in important areas of their lives.  People are feeling a financial squeeze.  The social media craze is an indication that people are reaching out for ‘friends’. Anyone can relate with people who are dealing with conflict in a relationship.  Spouses struggle, children can’t relate to their parents, co workers back bite and on and on.  These are examples of where people are not equipped by society and it’s educational system.  People have not been given the means to have a thriving LIFE in the areas that really matter.  There is a need.

 The products provided in the LIFE business will be information that gives knowledge to equip people with the skills necessary to improve finances and relationships.  This information will not be based on theory like the typical educational system but will be taught by those who have developed the leadership skills necessary to build large communities.  For example, in the process of building communities of people, leader’s develop the ability to help people in the areas of conflict resolution, game planning (Plan, Do, Check, and Adjust), and financial management through a proven system of books, mentoring and the use of audios.  Building a community is what the Team leadership system is known for.  Here are a few key areas in which the leaders of a community develop their credibility:

This quote from Keven Kelly out of his book ‘New Rules for the New Economy’ sounds exactly like what the Team leadership system is all about,  “The new economy will favor ideas, information and relationships.”   Clifford Pinchot trumpets what it will take to get the information age thriving again with this quote, “The organization of the future will be a community of entrepreneur’s.”  You can expect a variety of innovative ideas from a LIFE subscription that will contribute to helping people in areas they target for growth. 

 This new industry will not be without critics however and rightfully so.  Critics test the resolve of leaders who innovate ideas.  Time will prove who is right.  If there is any indication from the past success’s of the leadership of the LIFE Team business this venture will be a huge success.  Qualities that the Team’s leadership has demonstrated time and time again include trust that comes from a foundation of service and character.   These are the qualities that have been tested and have not been found wanting.  The leadership from Orrin Woodward and LIFE will be the foundation to generate the ideas necessary to carry business into the 21^st century.  God Bless, George Guzzardo

 

LIFE LEADERSHIP AND HISTORICAL MOVEMENTS

The new LIFE Leadership business headed by Orrin Woodward will awaken many people to the availability of answers that will help them in all areas of life.  The 8 F's ( Faith, Finance, Family, Friends, Fun, Fitness, Following and Freedom ) are the common areas that people feel could use improvement as most of us are struggling in some or all of them.  Many of the problems in the western world can actually be linked to our not learning lessons from history. History, aside from a few dates in text books, has been significantly deminished.  What is the ramification of severing our historical roots?  Has there ever been evidence of a historical movement to restore a people's culture?

The importance of history as a learning tool has been well documented.  The Roman historian Tacitus said, "The principle office of history I take to be this, to prevent virtues from being forgotten." Cicero said, "History is the witness of the times, the torch  of truth, the life of memory, the teacher of life, the messenger of antiquity."   Could it be that today contemporary man is suffering from amnesia?  Are we seeing signs that western man has begun to doubt it's own credentials?  The loss of history means the loss of identity.

We look at todays western culture and the people seem to be living entirely in the present without regard to failures of past societies.  We have phased out history from our educational systems.  Universities have become high priced occupational training centers. Ironically, the jobs students have been trained for will soon not exist. Could there be lessons hidden in the past that we are not finding?  The word idiot comes from the Greek word 'idiotes'; one who puts private pleasures before public affairs and who was hence ignorant of what really mattered in life. Could the financial and emotional pain our society is feeling today be a result of past lessons not applied? The great historian Thomas Carlyle said, "What is all knowledge too but recorded experience and a product of history."  Think about that... "All knowledge."

Peoples who have forgotten lessons in the past have recuperated before.  When studying history, some of the greatest restorations have taken place when things looked the darkest. For example, let's look at the times leading up to the Renaissance.  The vast majority of people lived as peasants under a manoral economy and feudal political system. The 'Black Death' struck in 1348 killing 1/3 of Europe's population. The 100 years war dominated from 1337 to 1453.  The Government burdened the population with massive war debt. The Government indulged in monetary manipulation.  What currencies people had became devalued.  Prices rose.  Does anyone today relate with these scenarios?  What did the people do to recover and create one of the biggest cultural restorations in documented history called the renaissance? They began to search for truth. They began to take an interest in lessons learned from former ages. The peasant revolt came about because they wanted a better future.  The printing press made information available to the common man and woman. A literary revival followed.  People began to be educated in Greek and Latin classics. From this information people gained instruction and became inspired. School curriculums began to change to include : grammar, rhetoric, poetry, history, moral philosophy, and art.  An exciting development of thinkers followed and economic prosperity ensued. Commerce developed through merchant capitalism. Manufacturing of textiles increased and commerce developed along the sea coast. Economic prosperity created more demand for literature and the arts.

The LIFE business will be a springboard of new ideas for a new wave of thinkers. Once the mind opens, new possibilities will exist. People know there is something wrong with our current times. They feel the pain of finances or strained relationships.  Motivation comes from wanting to learn how to improve in certain areas of life like 'family' or 'fitness'. Books and audios will be available at prices way under market value so the information will be readily available for the common man and woman. We don't need another peasants revolt.  We need an information revolution.  LIFE Team Leadership and Orrin Woodward have finally made the information available starting November 1st.  God Bless,  George Guzzardo           

 

LIFE LEADERSHIP FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

 

The reason the LIFE Leadership Team is growing so fast is because of the answers it provides in the midst of these trying economic times.  Orrin Woodward's systematic background and the soon to be launched LIFE Team business will showcase many successful men and women. I have first-hand experience learning these financial lessons. Well before the Team released its Financial Pack, we made our first million dollars, and like most Americans, we didn't see the real estate bubble collapse coming. Originally, the banks told us that we qualified to buy a luxury land development property and build a house at the same time.  However, through mentoring with my friend Orrin Woodward, he counseled me to buy the land only and pay it off in five years. I am thankful I followed this plan, because shortly afterwards I ended my association with my former networking company. I made that decision based upon my principles, even though I knew it would affect my finances dramatically. It was simply the right thing for me to do. Resigning from my business, combined with the popping real estate bubble, changed my finances dramatically. Most people would have been devastated from this set of circumstances but my wife and I dug into a new plan. It also helps to position yourself with the right association and I believed in Orrin Woodward and the Team training system.

To give an example of just how bad the Arizona real estate bubble was, the company who started the luxury land development of over one thousand acre Saguaro property went into bankruptcy, vanishing forty million dollars like a puff of smoke. Seeking legal counsel, I held my payments until the smoke cleared.  Working with my bank, we agreed on a foreclosure plan helping to cut my losses. In the meantime , a number of factors changed in my financial picture. I began a new business venture and kept up a solid relationships with my mentor.  After discussing my options, I restarted payments to the bank and I am contemplating  accelerating the payments. The bank reinstated my good credit and the property is no longer in foreclosure. I am currently undecided whether I will build on the property or eventually sell it. Jill and I are considering buying an 8 acre ranch on an air strip that we both love.  The dream is alive on the LIFE Leadership Team.  

Why do I tell you all this?  Because I want you to learn from my financial mistakes, not your own. I am an example of how this financial training and personal mentorship works. It's rare to hear about any financial success in today's economy but not so in the Life Team. Through this situation, I've learned that true failure only occurs when a person quits.  I am not a quitter and have learned my lesson. Where else but in the LIFE Team, can a person afford a million dollar learning lesson? The LIFE Team community has helped numerous people survive the economic downturn, including Jill and me. I live by the old saying, "People of integrity expect to be believed, and when they're not, they let time prove them right."   The LIFE business and the Team system teaches financial knowledge.  This wisdom will help millions of people save millions of dollars by learning from the wisdom of others. COMMUNITY AND HEALTHY COMMUNICATION

Shakespeare said, "Nothing in the world is good or bad but Thinking makes it so." How we think can actually impact our overall health status.  The Life business developed by the Team leadership headed by Orrin Woodward, has the ability to help people do just that.

Any time spent working in the medical world will reveal that there are multiple conditions that are effected by emotional stress and in today's society, effects of stress are being felt more than ever.   People are stressed out.  Many medical problems are impacted by stress such as:

• High blood presure
• Anxiety
• Depression
• Pain
• Headaches
• Muscle disorders
• Stomach disorders

You could go on and on.  Basically, it would appear that half the stuff we get is caused by stress and the other half is aggravated by it.

An interesting study on the effects of stress on relationships  and health status studied married couples who had been married over 40 years and were constant arguers in comparison to couples who were able to resolve issues through conversation.  The arguing couples had weaker immune systems and therefore worse overall health - from arguing!  Interestingly, how they thought  and how they communicated impacted their stress and their health. 

Another interesting study was described as "Breakthrough Research." A group of people all diagnosed with malignant melanoma and having had the same traditional treatment were divided into two groups.  The first group met once a week for six weeks and were taught basic communication skills.  The second group didn't.  After five years, only 9% of the first group had succumbed to the disease as opposed  to almost 30% of the untrained group.

Think about it.  Communication skills!  Skills that would include or impact verbalizing symptoms to report, coping, sharing, overcoming fears, neutralizing stress, developing support systems,  and almost certainly discussions on faith and beliefs.  Think about the implications of this study.  Just a modest improvement in ability to talk and connect with others corresponded to a 2/3 decrease in death rate.  

A modest improvement in communication and ability to connect?  The implications are HUGE!

Substitute a modest improvement in communication with a Dramatic improvement in communication and relational skills using a proven system.  A system proven to be effective in helping marriage, communication between parents and children , and with a community at large.  Even with yourself.  Changing people's thinking.

Compare a "Modest improvement" using the Team system , the 8 F's ( Faith, Family, Finance , Fitness, Fun, Following, Freedom, and Friends ) and the LIFE business that without a doubt can change lives in every way.
